We booked three rooms for our group of nine, and it worked out really well. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Ljubljana, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the doors, which are very loud and slam on their own. We got a message asking us to stop slamming them even though we hadn’t. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Getting into the room was self-service: after I sent the required details, they emailed clear instructions and codes for the main door and the separate key box. The place had a mini fridge, kettle, and nice herbal tea, and the towels and bedding were fresh and clean. It’s handy for Ljubljana Castle, the train station, about a 12-minute walk, and the pedestrian streets just behind the building. I found the mattress stiff and springy, and the only pillow was thin, which made it less comfortable. They said there was a luggage room for after checkout, but it wasn’t marked, so I couldn’t find it. A basic, cozy place, around 3.5 stars for me.

Handy location and a good option for a couple of nights if you want somewhere basic but comfortable. Our room was spacious enough, clean, and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. We couldn’t find the AC remote at first, but they replied promptly to our message and told us where it was.

The basement room was small and didn’t have a TV, but it did have what we needed to make breakfast. SPAR and Hofer are close, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants. We ate at Babu's Asian Street Food and Abi Falafel, both just minutes away. The central location is great: Prešeren Square, the Triple Bridge, and the Dragon bridge are a few minutes on foot, and the main train station is about a 10-minute walk. Staff answered my questions quickly before check-in. They sent codes for the key safe at the main door, with the room key safes just inside. Checkout was efficient, and since our train to zagreb was in the afternoon, we left our bags and picked them up later. We’ll definitely stay again.
