Apartments in Villa Olimp

The rooms were a good size and most of the villa was tidy. It’s also well placed for taking a bus into the city. But the listing makes it sound like there’s a hot tub, and there isn’t. No visitor information was provided, and there was no heating. The kitchen was tiny, had no cooker, and the fridge wasn’t clean. The washing machine stank. The owner didn’t respond to my messages, the TV didn’t work, the internet signal was weak, and the wiring didn’t look great. It was okay as a basic place to stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family. If you just need a base and aren’t too fussy, it may do.

The owner was very pleasant and responsive, and the staff were professional. Service and living conditions were excellent.

From outside, the accommodation looks quite decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The apartment is in a basement, and there’s a jacuzzi, but its cover and the ceiling in that room are covered with mold and damp. Some furniture is old and falling apart. The kitchen is missing basic items, though it’s enough to make coffee; if there’s already a Dolce Gusto machine, it would be nice to have a few capsules too. The sauna is in the room with the bunk bed, so using it would leave the room hot all night. Its door has fallen off and hangs open, so it doesn’t work properly. There’s also a lot of moisture and FUNGI under the sauna stove, which shouldn’t be in a bedroom. The bed sheets are worn and have holes, there are no spare covers, and there’s no soap at the sinks. The TV in the living room doesn’t work, though it can be used for YouTube and similar. The shower is open to the hallway with no door. A duct cover hangs from the ceiling, taped shut. With a bit of cleaning up and maintenance, this apartment could earn a much better review.

The bedrooms are very spacious. The bathroom is on the small side and split between two separate rooms. The apartment was excellent, and the manager was kind and helpful. There’s a private parking spot with a remote control.
