I’m very disappointed with how they handled this. I left my jewelry in the room, and the hostel replied that they had found it and would send it to me, but they still haven’t. When I tried to get in touch, they didn’t answer the phone or reply to my emails. I also found two bedbugs in my room.

A top hostel: clean, modern, quiet, and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, and the receptionists are friendly.

The hostel is in a safe, quiet spot close to the city center, but away from the busy area. The showers and toilets are incredibly clean. There’s no air conditioning, and very few fans are available. It’s a nice place, though it’s a bit short on social activities, mainly because many rooms are private.

The beds were really comfortable, the four-bed dorm had plenty of room, and the lockers were spacious. Staff were nice, and I’d stay again. The shared bathroom and kitchen could use more cleaning, though. It’s a little way from the main attractions, but still an easy walk, and otherwise things were pretty much spot on.

It’s a bit of a trek from the bus station if you’ve got a backpack. Inside, the rooms are roomy and the hostel is quiet, with a private feel. The beds and rooms are okay, though the decor and school-style desks and furniture look pretty ugly. Not the best pick if you’re after a social hostel.
