The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast hours were flexible. The rooms were spacious too. But the experience still fell far short of what I’d expect from a four-star hotel in a capital city. The worst part was the spa. With one-hour time slots because of limited capacity, I went there hoping to relax, but there were often four or five children from different families shouting and playing. I like kids, but the parents and the lack of clear rules were the problem. A spa should be for relaxing, not a playground. They could set family-only hours or make it adults-only, as other hotels of the same category do. As it is, this was a genuinely negative experience. Breakfast was plentiful, but the quality was well below what I’d expect at this rating. The hotel looks pleasant, though the design and furnishings feel stuck in the 1990s. It needs renovation to justify its rating. It has potential, but the management and standards don’t add up to a real four-star stay. A real disappointment.

We had a wonderful summer stay, with three rooms booked. Ours was the executive suite, which was amazing, and the thoughtful touches waiting for us were appreciated. Breakfast got busy, but the staff always served us with a smile. The location was great, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel again. The kids also loved the swimming and spa area. They were asked to keep quiet, even though there weren’t any other guests around.

The wellness area and pool were included in what I paid for, but I was told they were booked all day, with the next available times at 2 or 3 pm the following day. I have a small baby who’d be sleeping then, and they had no other time to offer. Parking was another problem: their garage was full, and although the upper lot was supposedly just for check-in, some cars stayed there all day. They directed me to a nearby garage that cost 35 euros a day instead of the 21 euros I should have paid at the hotel. There are nine floors, and the elevator isn’t synchronized. When it’s busy, it stops on almost every floor and is painfully slow. Twice, I was stuck in it with my baby for more than eight minutes. I’ve stayed in over 500 hotels, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. My reviews are almost all positive, but this deserves no more than one star, or zero. I hope no one else has to go through it.

We relied on the advertised parking when we booked a rental car for our stay in August 2025. The parking was extremely tight, and the hotel even let cars park in the entrance and exit areas for an extra 15-20 euros. On our first day, our rental car was scratched, causing us major financial damage. When we raised it with management, they said they had no cameras in the car park and took no responsibility. The area was dirty and cluttered, with no safety, and management didn’t seem to care about guests’ security. Four stars in the middle of Europe, but one-star quality. Greedy people!
