The room was spacious and really warm, with a view over the city chimneys. I loved all the decorations around the place, and its location near the centre made it easy to wander around on foot. It felt like a cozy dream home, and the staff were super friendly. They gave us helpful tips about where to eat and welcomed us with complimentary spumante, desserts, and fruit. Coffee, tea, and fruit were always available in the dining area, too. The heavy rain followed me throughout the stay, but this is still a stay I’ll remember!

The old town location in the heart of Ljubljana is perfect, and we’re already planning to return at Christmas and spend the holidays here again. Lesar Hotel Angel has a special, elegant atmosphere, with art, antiques, and thoughtful details throughout. The shared spaces and breakfast corner felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than staying at a hotel. Mr. Luca showed us genuine care and generosity. Far more than an owner or manager, he’s a kind, cultured gentleman whose warm hospitality made us feel like personal guests. My wife and I have travelled widely around the world, but we’ve rarely experienced service with such genuine care, generosity, and class. Thank you, Mr. Luca, for opening your home and heart to us.

It’s easy to get to the city centre and all kinds of places from this boutique hotel in central Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices. The common area also had water, fruit, and cakes available throughout the day.

The staff were kind and helpful with any requests. This boutique hotel is right in the centre of Ljubljana’s old town, with lovely decor, thoughtful details, and nice furniture that give it a distinctive atmosphere. A perfect place to stay in this beautiful city.

Our suite was huge, and the breakfast was brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see in Ljubljana. It would have been nice if the windows were lower down, but it was fine.
