There's free parking, which was a big plus, and the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. The TV is big and well placed, but there are no broadcast channels or free Netflix. The city center is about a 20 minute walk away. The bathroom sewer smell was the first thing we noticed on entering, and it never went away. There's no bathroom window, just a tiny motion-operated fan that doesn't seem to do anything. The apartment is noisy too, from nearby traffic and the water pipes. You can hear each neighbor showering, and the water heater is quite loud when it runs. Everything else was okay, but the owner really should do something about the bad smell.

That balcony was the best part for me. We had coffee and meals outside, and even spent two hours chatting with the neighbours in the next room. The apartment is close to the center, with two stores nearby, so taxis weren’t expensive. We stayed three days, and finding the place was a little tricky until my friend called, but they sorted it out smoothly. The room is quite cramped if you bring a lot of things, and we had to watch our steps. The mini fridge was awkward since we had food to store. The TV wasn’t smart, so we didn’t use it, though the Wi-Fi was great. The bathroom and bedroom are divided by heavy sliding doors. The bathroom had everything we needed, plus a small basket of shampoo samples, pads, and other bits. The bed was very comfortable, although one side was close to the wall. All the charging ports were on one side, there was no bedside lamp, and the room lights were much too bright. Construction noise woke me up now and then. The kitchen was nice and had what we needed, and I especially liked the sink. For the price, it was a really nice stay and we enjoyed it.

The free parking was a real bonus, and the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Inside it’s clean and modern, with everything we needed and then some, even though the outside looks old and rustic. Service was handled remotely over WhatsApp, but they answered all our questions promptly. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The entrance can be hard to spot: we drove past it the first time. My photos should help you find it.

A quiet, very safe neighborhood, and a beautiful big park right nearby. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center. The place was clean and cozy, and very good value for money. Just like the rest of lovely Ljubljana, it felt safe. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Getting in and out was easy, with no hassle, even though there’s no reception. The building may look old, but the room was nicely furnished. It’s also well placed for walking into the city center. A good place to stay while spending a holiday in Ljubljana.
