Anna, the manager, was thoughtful, welcoming, and quick to answer my questions. We hadn’t realized the complex was family-owned. When we arrived on a Sunday, I was concerned that grocery stores might be closed, but the refrigerator was stocked with sandwich meats, cheese, milk, and bread. There was also water and snacks in the outside hall for guests to take. Anna found out we were celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday and left her Champagne in a gift bag. We were two couples staying four nights in a two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with a living room, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms, each with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, which was handy since breakfast wasn’t included and we cooked dinner there twice. It also had a flat-screen TV, washing machine, safe, soundproof walls, and tea and coffee maker. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and dish and laundry detergent were provided. The location was quiet, near the river and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We had a wonderful stay.

Anna was a great host, answering every question really quickly. We had free parking inside the property, plus a little breakfast outside the rooms with cereal, juice, and coffee. The villa has been recently renovated with modern, stylish furnishings, and our apartments were super clean. We had everything needed to cook, and the bathroom had a modern, well-equipped shower, washing machine, and dryer. Everything about our stay was perfect. I’ll definitely come back.

Villa Riverside was a great stay for me and my wife over three nights. We had a cozy, clean room with everything we needed, and a very nice welcome gift when we arrived. Parking was plentiful, the owner communicated very well, and the location was close to the center of beautiful Ljubljana. Highly recommended when visiting Slovenia’s capital.

Thanks to Anna for everything. I’ve stayed in many medium to high quality places across a lot of countries, but none have matched this one. Every detail feels thoughtfully handled, with maximum comfort and convenience. The taste is excellent, and they clearly spared no expense to make guests comfortable. Absolutely the best.

Everything is brand new, and the complex has great amenities with tasteful design. It’s in a very convenient spot near the center of Ljubljana. What stood out most to me was the host, Mrs Ana, and how sincerely she cared for guests. Highly recommend it, and I’ll be back to treat myself again soon.
