VIXI Nomad Rooms

My room was very clean, with nothing to complain about on that front. But it was so hot I couldn’t sleep even with the air conditioning on. I eventually opened the window during the night, and the intense heat eased. There should be a note about this because it was unbearable. On my floor, one shower served six or seven rooms because the other one couldn’t be used, and there was no notice about that either. I didn’t have a great night. It should be better for other guests once the summer heat passes and the second shower is fixed.

There was a weekend market along the street, and the bar was close by. The room was bright, but the heating wasn’t enough for either the room or the bathroom, which felt freezing cold in September. I think the owner should be prepared for that. The bathroom facilities felt more like a hostel+. A tall man even walked into the toilet without knocking, then left without apologizing.

The apartment is right by the river, and from the room we had a great view of the castle. It’s in the heart of the city, with hotels and everything else no more than a five-minute walk away. The bus and train station is a 15-minute walk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and really good, and there’s a kitchen if you want to cook. Totally recommend this place.

The location is really good, but the building looks much better from outside than it does inside. The hostel is a few old rooms up in the attic, so it gets pretty hot in summer. The doors are thin and slam easily, which can make it loud. For the price, we’ll try somewhere else next time.
