I booked this through Booking while heading back from Croatia. Google can verify it, and I don't understand why they won't publish it. There was dirt, mold, and hair everywhere, plus dusty surfaces and a sticky floor. The dishes were dirty, and spiders and cobwebs filled every corner. There was mold all over the bathroom. The stairs were shaking and already broken, like they might eventually collapse.

Parking is the main drawback. There’s only public street parking, paid from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and free after that. I think it costs about €2 per hour. The apartment is practically in the center of Maribor, with a large living room, bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there’s a big bedroom with three beds, one of them a double. The whole apartment is upstairs, reached by an outside staircase, so heavy bags, a stroller, or someone with limited mobility will have to be carried up. Getting in and getting the owner's instructions is a bit like a field game, but manageable.

A very good apartment, and I’d recommend it. Parking is the downside, since the lot is so small and you have to find a space in town. We found one nearby, so it wasn’t much of a problem. If I remember right, the paid zone runs until 7 p.m. I recommend staying here.
