The hosts were kind, flexible, and helpful, and communication with them was easy. The rooms are well equipped and stay warm in winter. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house for rides to the Pohorje lift or Maribor city center. The hospitality made it feel like home away from home!

The house has a nice restaurant next door and a bus stop right outside. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Maribor center. My room was nice and clean, with a good bed, good pillows, and a nice bathroom. The host was friendly, and there’s a view of the mountains. Very recommendable.

We enjoyed the place enough to have already booked another stay. The bed was firm, which suits me, and everything was nice and clean. Parking was free and right on the property. Food and service are limited, though the owners were so accommodating that it barely mattered to us. Breakfast is available from 9:00 in the building across the parking lot, but that’s less inviting in winter. The shower may be tricky for bigger people or anyone less fit than I am, but we managed. It was a great place to stay.

A quiet, lovely spot run by a very friendly family. The rooms have been newly renovated and are comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s also close to the slopes, restaurants, and big stores like Holder, Eurospin, Kik, and Lidl.

We come to Maribor once a year to see relatives and stay at this guest house. The owner is kind, and the price is really good. Pohorje mountain is nearby for walks in the beautiful surroundings, and we like stopping for breakfast or coffee at Pohorska Kavarna.
