We brought our cat along, which was fine since pets are welcome. Our two-story loft was tidy and had a comfortable bed, and the surrounding hills were lovely with vineyards across them. We stopped here while travelling to Croatia. Dinner was hearty and delicious. Thanks to Gregor for making our stay comfortable, and for the dry Riesling his brother made!

We stopped for the night on our way to Croatia, and Gregor was such a warm, attentive host. The views are stunning, and his cooking is fantastic. Have dinner and breakfast, ideally with a glass or two of wine, and the holiday feeling kicks in.

We only came across this place while travelling to Croatia, but it’s absolutely worth making the trip just to stay here. The rooms are cosy and clean, the area is great for hiking and sightseeing, and the wine is extraordinary.

The wineries nearby are beautiful, and Greg is an incredible chef. His dinner and breakfast were the best food I’ve had in years. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.
