The room was comfortable, almost like an apartment, but the bed seemed broken and was so uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the couch. The couch wasn’t much better. Service was very poor. We had to ask for the cleaners to come because they almost never cleaned the room otherwise. The workers never greeted us or spoke to us, and treated us like strangers.

It’s a wonderful, classic beer garden under chestnut trees. The service was quick, attentive, and friendly, and the food was very good, especially the local dishes and pizzas. The lunch specials (malice) were average quality. I haven’t stayed at the hotel.

The service is the best, and I especially want to praise Zvezda. I work in Slovenia and visit a lot of hotels each year. The other hotels don’t even compare. Every recommendation and all praise.

Are you kidding me? This place is the absolute worst. I was exploring Murska Sobota and wanted to take a break and use the toilet. I politely asked if I could use it before ordering anything or sitting down. They said no and told me to leave because I hadn’t bought anything yet. The attitude was outrageous. Don’t go near this place.
