We stayed in apartments 1 on the first floor and 3 on the second, and both had everything our family needed. They’re cozy and modern, with none of that sterile hotel feel. Shops, cafés, restaurants, the harbor, and Piran’s central square are all just a few minutes’ walk away, so we could focus on enjoying our vacation without worrying about other things. Dusan was a great help and answered all our questions quickly. We’d be happy to stay at Apartments Fonda House again.

The apartment was great and the location is perfect. Cleaning could have been better, since there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom.

The location, air conditioning, nearby shop, and cooking dishes and utensils were all pluses. But if you have other accommodation options, give them serious thought. We could hear everything from the stairwell and upstairs. The neighbor above us seemed to walk 10 km around their room during the day, and every step was disturbing. The shower is tiny, and the bathroom had a strange smell, though keeping the window open made it bearable. The toilet lid should be replaced with one that stays in place.

The apartment was lovely and had good equipment. Doris at reception was very friendly and shared lots of useful information.
