B&b Miracolo Di Mare Retro

The location was just right, near the town center but without the noise. My girlfriend and I spent two nights at this charming little B&B, and it suited our time in Piran so well that we'd be very likely to return. The staff at Boutique Hotel Miracolo di Mare were especially warm. They welcomed us at breakfast, gave enthusiastic recommendations for places to explore, and even sent back the towels and swimwear we left behind.

The staff were very kind, and breakfast was simple but fine. The room, though, was cramped for two adults and a child. It was clean, but the worn furniture and facilities need renovation. There were no mosquito nets. With the window facing the garden and mosquitoes everywhere, we couldn't open it. Sitting outside for breakfast meant getting bitten, too. Three stars overall.

We couldn't open the window because it faced a patio where people smoked, and opening the blinds would have meant giving up our privacy. The room also didn't look like the photos on the website. We'd booked the last room available online for over 150 Eur a night. When we raised the problem with the staff, they said they'd move us to a different room that afternoon. But when we came back to switch, they told us it had already been booked. Can't recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely garden beneath kiwi trees 🤩. The rooms were clean and nice, and the landlord gave us really helpful tips for places to eat and drink. It's a wonderful spot in Piran's old town, run by wonderful people. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
