The guest house itself was lovely, and we really liked our stay. The rooms were new, luxurious, and great, with a separate place for wet towels and clothes. There isn't an elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but the guy at reception kindly carried our luggage to the top floor. The service was really nice. Breakfast is served at a café around the corner, not in the guest house, so remember to ask for your breakfast vouchers. Getting there was difficult because Piran is car-free. The guest house suggested driving into the city to park, unload the bags, then take the car to parking outside town. Don't do that. We had trouble finding the place, couldn't find anywhere to park, and eventually had trouble with the police. I'd recommend going straight to the parking outside the city and taking the free shuttle bus to the city center and guest house, even with your luggage. There's plenty of room in the back of the bus for bags.

We didn't stay here, but they kindly let us leave our luggage in their storage room until our bus to Ljubljana arrived. Their help gave us a lovely end to our visit. When we come back to Piran, we'd definitely consider staying in their rooms.

The room was on the small side, but clean, and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Staff were really nice, and the central location put everything close by. I can only recommend it.

We loved this place. It's right by Piran's main sights, perfect for a wander around town. Our room was comfortable and super clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was included in our room rate. You choose from the menu at Cafe Theater, about 200 m from the hotel, with a sea view. It was tasty and relaxing. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can have a drink, unwind, or play cards. A couple of small things could be fixed: the bathroom door in room 31 sticks on the floor and is hard to move, and a curtain to darken the room would help with sleeping. Still, it's a great hotel!
