The owner was so attentive and friendly for our whole stay. The place is small, but beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with lots of little details, and has everything you need. We were there with our seven-year-old son, who absolutely loved the upper section. It's such a cool, original feature. The location is great for exploring Piran, just a two-minute walk from the main square.

I've been visiting TPH several times a year since 2016, and it's still my favorite hotel in Piran. I love the old Piran house atmosphere and the lovely terrace view. The host is warm and friendly, too. Piran is well worth a visit for its lovely center, the sea, and all the restaurants, cafes, and other great experiences.

For a whole month, some of the foreign crew stayed in the ground-floor studio and upstairs in the Traditional Piran house. This was during the filming of "The Union" in September 2022, when a scene was shot on the house terrace. The film starred Hollywood actors Mark Wahlberg, then the world's third-highest-paid actor, and Halle Berry. It's considered Slovenia's largest film project to date, and its best action scene takes place across Piran's rooftops, specifically on this house's terrace.

Gregor is a friendly, helpful host, and the roof terrace gives you great views over town. The kitchen is very well equipped, while the bathrooms are clean and modern. Our room was compact, though Piran's houses are small. It's a lovely place to stay in a beautiful location.

The roof terrace was really nice for breakfast or dinner. I enjoyed staying here, and Gregor is kind and takes good care of both the house and the guests.
