Tourist farm Pri Andrejevih

This farm stay was the highlight of our trip, and it was great for kids and welcoming to pets. The owners are fantastic, lovely, and interesting people. A talented cook turns local ingredients and farm products into delicious dinners and breakfast. Don't miss it.

Such a lovely, attentive family, and they gave us the warmest welcome. Breakfast was great too, with the whole table covered in plates 😁. We ran out of time before we could see the animals, so we'll definitely come back :)

After check-out, I was yelled at by three people and called a liar when they read my review. They said I wasn't the only guest, so I edited what I'd written, but my account is truthful and describes my experience. An older man shouted at me in Slovenian, pointing his finger at my face and calling me things I didn't understand. I got the message clearly. I left without waiting for a receipt. These were the only people in Slovenia who hadn't been wonderful to me, and they were awful. I booked a farm stay because I wanted peace and quiet, not a banquet venue with music. There was a loud dinner party with lots of the owners' friends and family, and the pool area was full of guests. Nothing was said about places to go besides the pool. I'd asked for a quiet room and had been assured I'd get one. The owners should have told me about the party. I could easily and happily have booked somewhere else. Even at check-in, they said nothing. I only realized when the music started. Check-in felt rushed, with no offer to help with my bags or show me to my room. They seemed focused on getting the party started. I felt disrespected by the hosts. If you're looking for a peaceful farm stay, this isn't it.

They arrange a really fun farm tour, and there's a good pool and very nice staff. Breakfast and dinner were good too. Almost all of the food and ingredients, 99%, come from their farm.
