Apartmaji in sobe Kocjančič

I slept really well here, thanks in part to the new air-conditioning unit, which works better than the best. The mattresses are very soft, so they may not suit everyone, but they were perfect for me. The bikes have seen plenty of use, though they’re still very usable. Thank you!

Helena was a lovely host. She welcomed us with a drink 🍸 and gave us tips on things to do in Podcetrtek and Olimije. There’s a pool in front of the house, but we didn’t try it because it was -2 outside 😱. She also offered breakfast, though you need to talk with her about it. Our apartment was clean and nice for four people, with a beautiful view over the 'valley' from the balcony. Places to visit nearby include Jelenov greben and bruery Haler. For relaxing, there’s terme Olimije, Orhidelija spa, and the Aqualuna outside waterpark with slides.

We felt there was no privacy and had a horrible experience. When we objected that the publicly listed services weren’t being provided as stated, the owners were rude and cursed at us. We were told on arrival that the pool was private but still available, along with a wine cellar and barbecue. They also cursed at us when water splashed while the children were swimming. We believe the owners lie about the services they offer, hate children, and deceive customers.

Helena, the hostess, was kind and very helpful. The place has a lovely garden, a pool, and nice countryside views, and it’s only a few minutes’ drive from Terme Olimia.
