Alp Glamping Village

We’re locals and booked two nights as a treat for family visiting us. They loved the whole stay: the comfortable bed, clean private bathrooms, mountain views, hot tub, and the excellent breakfast delivered on both mornings. They also enjoyed the delicious waffles at the bar.

We stayed four nights in August and could easily have stayed longer. Give yourself enough time here to settle into the quiet atmosphere and enjoy the place. It was the highlight of our holiday, partly thanks to the lovely owners, who brought a fantastic breakfast basket each morning, got the hot tub fire going so it was warm every day, and shared great recommendations. There are just four cabins, each with its own deck, loungers, and hot tub, with some fencing for privacy while keeping the view of Triglav. The cabin is thoughtfully set up with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Your own bathroom and toilet are only a few meters away and were spotless, and there’s also a fully equipped shared kitchen. The location works really well, close to nature, popular sights, restaurants, and excursions. We really connected with the owners’ idea of glamping as private, peaceful, carefully put together, and away from mass tourism.

The owners were incredibly kind, enough to earn this place a sixth star from me. The cottages are cozy, romantic, beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Each one has its own Norwegian hot bath, plus a toilet and shower cabin.

The mosquitoes were stubborn, but otherwise this place is a gem. The owners are super nice. Recommended!
