We chose Grajski dvor in Radovljica for a cycling trip, and the staff made sure our bikes were stored securely, which gave us real peace of mind. They also suggested some fantastic local cycling routes and sights. The hotel is charming, easy to get to, and has comfortable rooms. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and clearly cared about making our stay a good one.

The room was on the older, unrenovated side, but everything worked and nothing was broken. The bed was brand new, the drawers were clean, and the balcony had room for two. From the fifth floor, the view was amazing. Service was excellent too: the staff were pleasant and helpful with everything. Breakfast was nice. If you only want coffee and croissants, there’s a great coffee shop next to the hotel. There’s a lot to do around Radovljica. The colorful historic centre has several places to eat, drink, or relax, and it’s a three-minute walk from the hotel. The other side has an urban district with a nicely arranged exhibition square, pubs, fast-food places, and two medium-sized shopping malls. It’s well organized, with bike lanes throughout and a place to rent e-bikes. Bled is under 10 km away and has bike infrastructure too. Once renovated, this hotel is going to become more expensive, and for good reason. Recommended!

The rooms were great, as were the shower amenities, and we had a small balcony too. Parking was free from 17:00 on Friday evening and over the weekend, which was a nice bonus. There are massage options and a jacuzzi, though the massage therapist is off on weekends, so keep that in mind. It’s only a two-minute walk to the city centre and its amazing restaurants. A casual, nice hotel, nothing especially special but nothing disappointing either. Definitely a good option in the area.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the town is very pretty and worth visiting. The hotel itself was the shabbiest I’ve ever stayed in: mould in the bathroom, a grubby, stained, threadbare carpet that seemed beyond cleaning, and a crumbling balcony with shabby furniture. Definitely not shabby chic.

For the price, we couldn’t have asked for more. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the large balcony had a mountain view. The bathroom had been recently renovated, and the Bluetooth speaker in the room was a nice extra that exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Thank you.
