I loved the modern design, pleasant rooms, varied and tasty food, and the service from the waiters. Nani especially won me over with his professionalism and genuine effort to make the atmosphere memorable. This was my first visit, and I think the hotel is the best in the region. I hope these issues help the new owners improve things. At check-in on Sunday at 6 pm, there was no porter, so we carried our own suitcases. A friendly woman was at reception, but nobody explained where to go, where the elevators were, or that the two elevators worked differently. Booking spa treatments was also difficult. We couldn't find anyone to arrange them, and saw the administrator only twice during our two weeks there, despite staying on the same floor. There's just one person providing spa services, which doesn't seem enough even when the hotel isn't full. The pool smells strongly of chlorine, something I haven't encountered at five-star hotels for a long time. The musical evenings were a lovely touch, though there were only a couple. More of them, with greater variety, would be great.

We came to Rogaska for ten days of treatment with the local water, and the treatments were incredible. The hotel was spotless, the spa was quite large, and all the staff were polite and upbeat. We had half board, and the restaurant was a lovely surprise, with lots of choice, especially for anyone looking for healthy food. The service was excellent, with waiters always ready to help and in good spirits. Vedran, Andreea, and Simona deserve a mention, along with the rest of the team. We'll definitely be back.

There was so much to see and do around this great location. The staff were excellent, and the food was out of this world. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee, I have to mention one of the best cups I've had. Highly recommend it.

The room needs at least two bottles of drinking water each day, and the bedsheets, towels, and toiletries need replacing. The soap and shampoo are awful, and basic hygiene items are missing. I also wish the spa stayed open later, at least until 21:00. The staff and service are the reason I'd highly recommend the hotel. Vedran and Andrea in the restaurant are especially attentive and caring. They sort out questions right away and make you feel at home. Vedran leads a wonderful kitchen and restaurant team that can make your stay memorable.

The rooms were great, the spa excellent, and the restaurant service was very good. I wish they'd had my usual coffee.
