We spent two nights here. The location near Bojnice Castle is good, there’s parking on site, and our room was clean. Housekeeping each day was sufficient. The restaurant was the best part: we enjoyed tasty food at reasonable prices. The problem was the bill. We asked the receptionist for one invoice covering everything, including restaurant charges, but they refused. My partner wanted to use a recreation voucher for the trip and restaurant expenses, and the hotel wouldn’t help. Other hotels usually combine the charges into one invoice. This place seems focused on its own rules instead of being customer focused, so I don’t recommend it.

The rooms facing the street were noisy, both from the main road and from unruly restaurant guests. For a quieter break, the lovely garden at the back is a nice place to relax, and kids can play there safely. Rooms have balconies, so you can enjoy coffee outside if you’re on the garden side. The building is clean, modern looking, and nice, with plenty of parking. It’s easy to find on the main street, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and the price felt fair. Attractions are within walking distance if you’re willing to put in some effort.

The back garden is beautiful, with frogs putting on a concert every night. The food was really good, and the rooms were comfortable. One thing to know: if you book a room through booking.com, payment is due after your stay, not through Booking. I hadn’t realized that and didn’t have enough cash with me. I also didn’t expect the reservation payment to be refunded so I could pay again on site. If the owner sees this, I’m sorry again for not knowing.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with good service in the restaurant and a good breakfast. Getting around is the drawback: you need a car, and leaving the parking lot means reversing onto a main road that gets busy during commute hours.
