AH Proxenta

My bond contract is due to expire in about five years, and I’m supposed to get my money back. Yesterday Proxenta contacted me to ask whether I wanted to continue with one of their products. When I said no, they told me they couldn’t repay me because they didn’t have the money. If I’d agreed to another product, I might never have heard about this. During my investment, their communication was one-sided: they kept sending offers for new investments, but when I asked about the one I already had or how to access the capital account they set up for me, they went quiet. No one contacted me for five years. That’s not how I expect a company holding my money to communicate. I’m deleting them from my portfolio and will pursue repayment, even if it takes going to court. A disaster. Don’t take my word for it, invest with them and see, or learn from other people’s mistakes instead.

I’ve been waiting half a year for my deposit back. They returned only part of it, and I’m still waiting for the rest. They don’t answer calls or emails. I don’t recommend them.

I want to warn business owners and entrepreneurs to think carefully before taking on work for this company. They ordered carpet cleaning at their headquarters through Mgr Robert Gul. The job was completed properly and handed over, but when it came time to pay the invoice, they refused. I had to take the matter to a lawyer for enforcement, as they have effectively enriched themselves at my expense under the law. Is it worth tying up money you earned and having to pursue payment through the courts? I personally would never work for this company again, even if they offered a hundred times the requested amount. Having work done and then not paying is outrageous and shows a complete lack of seriousness. Their communication with the lawyer representing me was extremely arrogant too.

They even brought everyone in through television with, “You should entrust your money to the experts.”
