It took some effort to find the place because it looks more like a home than a hotel, but it was well worth it. The rooms were spotless and spacious enough for the five adults in our group. The owners or managers seemed committed to looking after the property, which looked freshly renovated when we visited. That was back in 2017, so I can't say what it's like now. It was one of the best places we stayed on that trip, and I'd happily return if I get the chance.

The only good part was the warm water. We paid a hidden €20 cleaning fee, but the place still wasn't properly clean: stains on the floor, a yellowed bed, brown marks that looked like coffee on the table, and similar stains on the dirty plates. We were seven people with two cars. The owner said parking was available, but none was reserved for us, and she sent us to three different locations. It was also hard to sort things out because she didn't speak English well. We asked for towels and never got them, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper.

We were left waiting outside for more than an hour. The woman on the phone seemed completely incompetent, asked us to send our IDs over Messenger, and nobody ever came to let us in. The whole thing was chaotic. Other guests checked out while we waited and said the place was so dirty they were leaving early. Luckily, we managed to cancel. A definite no for this apartment!

The place was filthy and barely equipped. We were four adults and one child, but had only two tea cups, three plates and two cups. The towels were dirty, every bed had blood spots on the bedding, there wasn't any toilet paper, and the cupboard had just two hangers. I can't believe this place is still operating. Getting inside was awful too. I was yelled at, sworn at, and called stupid just for pulling up at the electric gates. The owner gave us the entry code, but when we started bringing in our bags, she came in shouting again, physically pushed us out, then locked the door with our bags inside and threatened to call the police. She said she didn't know what we'd paid, even though it had already been paid in full through Booking.com. We were allowed back in an hour later. I've never experienced such an awful woman or place. Save yourself the money and stress, don't book it.
