Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the restaurant was a pleasant place to eat. The hotel itself is cozy and nicely decorated, with clean rooms, a roomy bathroom, and everything you need. The staff pay attention to the little details, too. I had a lovely stay in Bratislava and would definitely come back.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in Bratislava. It never felt crowded, and the old-fashioned style has cozy corners where you can work or sit with food and drinks. The view over the square was especially magical in the snow. Apollo hotel was a lovely surprise. I’ve tried several top tier hotels in Bratislava, and I’d gladly return here. The building and rooms aren’t the newest, but everything was clean, comfortable, and warm in winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt like great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing about the breakfast service today. Two staff members were working hard to serve guests, while three others spent quite a while chatting and laughing together by the window instead of attending to their duties. The difference was noticeable and affected the quality and promptness of the service. As paying guests, we expect an appropriate level of attention at breakfast, and that wasn’t fully provided on this occasion. I’d like to ask where management supervision was at the time. Better oversight could help make sure everyone contributes and guests receive the service they’re paying for.
