We’d like to recognize Mr. Michael for service that went beyond what we expected. He was exceptionally polite and professional, attentive to detail, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist made our experience very pleasant. He truly deserves recognition.

I’d come back. The location was nice: I walked to old town in about 30 minutes, and there’s a huge shopping mall five minutes away. I stayed for two nights, and the room was clean and quiet apart from a little noise from the upstairs neighbour. The walls seemed a bit thin. There was a minibar, aircon and TV, though I’d add more foreign channels. Breakfast was lovely, and the lady on reception was super nice 😍.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. It’s not far from the bus station, so it’s a good option if you’re coming by bus. There are many ways to get to the city center.

I liked my three-night stay: the room was cosy, staff were kind, and breakfast was good. My neighbours were too loud one evening, from 7pm until almost 11pm, so I asked reception to speak with them. She was very kind and went over herself. That helped, and I slept well after that. There’s parking behind the hotel, but it’s quite small, so take care not to scratch your own or someone else’s car. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
