Our holiday plans were thrown into chaos when the hotel cancelled our booking while we were at the airport. We'd booked well ahead for a trip with our five-year-old, but at 9:30 PM the night before our flight, while we were at our hotel at Stansted Airport getting ready to travel, we were told the booking was cancelled because of an “overbooking situation.” Having your accommodation cancelled at the last minute is stressful enough. Trying to find somewhere else late at night with a young child, just before flying, was completely unacceptable. The management's lack of organization and care was shocking. Booking.com customer service had to step in and move us to a professional hotel, the DoubleTree. They're now handling compensation and billing this property for our extra taxi costs and all the hassle. If you're travelling with family and need to know you'll have a bed when you arrive, don't risk booking here. We couldn't rely on them.

The nature is beautiful, there are horses nearby, and prices are affordable. Our family room was spacious, clean, and nicely styled. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. Suzana (I hope I spelled that right) was especially lovely and always smiling. We highly recommend it.

Our summer wedding at Agátka Manor felt like a fairy tale. The whole place has a special magic, and we knew when we arrived that we'd chosen the right spot. The ceremony and wedding were outdoors, and everything was perfectly prepared from beginning to end. We're so grateful to Ms. Zuzka Tóthová for helping make the day wonderful. She was willing, professional, and impeccable throughout. Thanks as well to the waiters and all the staff, who looked after us with smiles and care until morning. We recommend Agátka Manor wholeheartedly. We'll remember that day for the rest of our lives.

Wedding, June 2025. An outstanding place for such a special event. Everything was done to a high standard, and all the guests were more than satisfied. We recommend it.
