More Than Hotel & Accommodation

The staff were all so kind and welcoming, which really matters. We stayed three nights, my sister and I, and had a cosy room with a large bathroom that was exceptionally clean. The mini-bar snacks and drinks were included in the price and replenished daily. Breakfast was fair, and we could use the breakfast area during the day to make coffee or cappuccino and take fruit or something else. The hotel is a little way from the centre, but public transport gets you there in minutes, with a stop right outside. It's also practically next to the station, so Vienna is an easy one-hour train ride away. Thank you for everything, we'll definitely come back. By Andrea & Sara

The staff were wonderful, including a new employee on their first day who did a great job. The location is great too. At checkout the elevator wasn't working, so we had to take our things down the stairs. One improvement would be adding a shower curtain, since water can end up all over the bathroom floor.

My room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well looked after. Customer service was excellent, friendly and professional. More Than Accommodation is also well placed for reaching the city centre and nearby attractions. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava.

The rooms are quiet, spacious, and clean, and the staff are polite and responsive. They left welcome drinks and treats in the mini-bar, which was a nice touch. The location is ideal, just three stops from the city centre and a two-minute walk from the train station.
