The rooms were clean, the breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were welcoming, pleasant, and very helpful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Banská Bystrica. We’ll be back. Thank you!

A good option in Banska for either a tourist or business trip. The place was clean and nice, with large rooms that had kitchens, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good too. Parking was free, though spaces can be limited in peak season, so check beforehand.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is close to the city centre, and breakfast was acceptable. The bed wasn’t good: the mattress sat on a hard wooden base with no slatted frame. Also, noise from outside came straight through the room door.

The breakfast bar was great, with the usual eggs, meat, butter, milk, yoghurt, bread, croissants, cakes, and plenty of vegan choices too. There were nut butters, plant-based milk, fruit, vegetables, gluten-free cookies, and juices. The hotel was nice, the staff were lovely, and it was very clean. There’s no air conditioning, though, so the room got a little too hot. July in Banska Bystrica can be really warm, up to 37 Celsius.

The room was large, clean, and nicely designed, with a kitchenette, which was great. The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and parking was available. There’s also a shopping mall very close by, so getting anything you need is easy. It isn’t an OMG five-star hotel, but it’s a comfortable, really nice place to stay.
