Everything was spotless, and our room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were nice, and breakfast was simple but tasty and complete. I’ll certainly stay here again when I’m back in Bratislava. It’s a perfect location, about a 10-minute walk from the main places to see, with all kinds of amenities nearby. There are also meeting and conference rooms, plus a Café and Bistro on the ground floor and a terrace.

Once you reach the hotel floors, it’s clean and quite nice, with good carpets and rooms that feel like good quality for the price. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are wonderfully soft. The AC rattles a bit, but it didn’t keep me awake. Getting there is a little odd: you walk through an office and shopping center, and the reception looks like a shop. Still, it’s a good hotel and I recommend it.

The only real drawback for us was the TV. There were no British or English-language channels, and it would’ve been nice to relax with some TV at night. Art Hotel William is very well placed for exploring the old town and other parts of Bratislava. Our room, 507, was lovely and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and professional, and gave us lots of good tips on places to visit. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

The location is great, if cleanliness isn’t a concern for you. I stayed one night and found hairs from several different people on the bed and pillow, grey, curly blonde, and dark. The cleaning was a terrible experience.
