We booked this hotel for a weekend through Agoda, but on arrival we waited at reception for almost an hour. I called the contact number the hotel had provided and was told renovations were underway and that the owner was supposedly emailing clients to cancel their bookings. Neither the hotel nor the booking portal sent me an email. Nobody seemed interested in finding us another place, and we couldn’t get any information from anyone. I found the way both the hotel and the portal handled it extremely unprofessional.
