Great customer service, including help for visitors who don't know the local language. Go pass arena is just a five-minute walk away. A Bolt ride from the hotel to the old town or euro mall usually costs 3 to 5 euros at most.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and my upgraded room had a really comfortable bed and a lovely roll-top bath right in the middle of the room. It’s a charming old coaching inn. Dinner was tasty, though the set menu felt a bit pricey to me. Breakfast had a lovely range of hot and cold food.

A good choice if you’re in the area for a sports event. The price and location are its main advantages, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It’s a new, very clean hotel, with standard-sized rooms, some of them with balconies, and laundry service available. There’s a restaurant by reception, but its opening hours seem quite limited. Breakfast was a basic continental spread, enough to get you going.

The AC smell was the one real downside. It needs cleaning and disinfecting. The hotel is a little old but still nice, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I could borrow an iron from reception. There’s no coffee or tea set in the room, but you can have both for free in the lobby. The standard room was bigger than average.
