The people running this place clearly care about guests. The owner was warm from the moment we arrived, and the thoughtful details, help with requests, local tips, and friendly greetings made us feel looked after. I've worked in luxury hotels, so I know good service, and the hospitality here really impressed me. It's not an over-the-top luxury property, and there are a few little quirks, like a cracked grill and occasional changes in water temperature. Those things didn't spoil the stay for me. For the price, it's an extraordinary holiday home, and the attentive service makes up for the minor flaws. If you care more about warm, thoughtful hosting than sheer opulence, it's a great fit. I came away with lovely memories of both the setting and the people, and I'd absolutely stay again.

We were five and had plenty of room in this nice little cottage. The dining table was big enough, the couch was comfy, and the simple rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was hot water. It was good value for money, and we were happy with our stay. The landlord was a veeery nice woman. She even surprised us with a cake she'd made, and it was really yummy. Thank you :)

Our kids especially loved the cookie the owner had waiting for us after the trip. The views from the upper underpass of the house were beautiful too, and there's plenty to keep children busy, with games and toys. Outside, you can roast food, grill, or cook goulash. We found this place by chance when spring break started and my wife suggested taking the kids away for a few days. She found it, arranged everything, and we went. We'd originally planned to look for a cottage or wooden house, but I think we'll return here. The house is very clean and cozy, fully furnished, and the kitchen has everything. It's in Liptovský Trnovec, close to Liptovská Mara and the beach, yet quiet despite being in the village. It's at the back of the plot with a field behind it, so there's good privacy. The landlady is very, very nice and helpful in every way. There's private parking about 50-60 m from the house. I'd definitely recommend it, and we'll tell our friends planning a trip to Liptov.

The lady who welcomed us was friendly and helpful, ready to offer advice. The accommodation was clean and orderly, and made for a versatile holiday in the village. We especially liked the TV, games, seating area, fireplace, and garden. There was a cookie waiting in the fridge, and it was delicious. Many thanks to her for that. We were 100% satisfied and highly recommend it.

Mrs. Janka was wonderful and gave us ideas for hiking. The house was cozy and clean, and we found a cake waiting in the fridge as a lovely surprise. It was a beautiful holiday, especially for families with children, with a large playground behind the house. Dogs are allowed too. We'll definitely come again.
