Breakfast was great and the staff were polite, but I found big yellow stains on the mattress topper and the mattress itself when I looked under the sheet. I went to the lobby to report it, and the staff member seemed to need another staff member’s permission before changing my room. That shouldn’t have happened, and it should have been sorted without hesitation. For a hotel claiming 3 stars, that’s unacceptable.

Natalie made our stay feel especially welcoming. She was warm, professional, and happy to go the extra mile, handling every request with a smile. Her local tips were really useful, and staff like her make a big difference. Ibis Bratislava Centrum is right by the historic center, so it was easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, just what you’d expect from a well-run Ibis. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava.

The friendly, welcoming staff made a real difference, and we appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, with a very good location that made it easy to get around and explore.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and I could tell the room had just been cleaned when I checked in. The breakfast hall was tidy too, with staff quickly clearing tables after guests left. I’m very pleased with Ibis Bratislava Centrum, and would book it again if I return to Bratislava. Its central location makes all the attractions easy to reach on foot. Bratislava hlavná stanica train station is only 10 minutes away by bus. If cleanliness matters to you as much as it does to me, I’d recommend it.

The location is excellent, just steps from the main Old Town Bratislava tour sites, and it was good value for our one-night stay on 1-November. The hotel felt a little old and worn, but our room was clean and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the room was warm and we couldn’t control the heat.
