There aren’t many restaurants close by, which could be a little inconvenient for travelers. Still, the staff were kind and friendly, and I was happy with what I paid. The hotel was good for the price, and although it’s a bit outside the city center, the tram nearby made getting around fairly easy.

It was warm and cozy inside, and my room was clean, comfortable, and nice. The hotel is close to the city center, so getting around was easy. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The construction next door was unbearable. It ran from 7 am to 8 pm, and during my four-night stay I got drilling directly under my window. The hotel offered no solution, like moving me to another room or lowering the price for rooms facing the construction. They get paid, but customers won't return. I was there for a conference as a business guest and was given a really outdated room with dirty carpets. It was spacious, at least. Breakfast covered the essentials but didn't offer anything extra. This is a big hotel, far from the city center, and I wouldn't choose it even without the construction. There are better deals elsewhere.

The breakfast was amazing, and the service was friendly and nice. My room was modern and well equipped, with a kettle and coffee and tea. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main train station. I loved staying here and will definitely come back.

If you’re traveling by car, the garage is a real plus. The place is modern and clean, and breakfast was good. A nice spot to stay in Bratislava.
