U Teodora

The kitchen was closed, so we couldn't even get to the plates or glasses, and the WiFi didn't work. The place was filthy, with spider webs and bugs everywhere, even under the bed sheets. We called the landlady in the evening, but she said we were bothering her at midnight and hung up. When she came to inspect the rooms the morning we left, she called the bugs on the floor "nature" and said the ones under the sheets hadn't been there when she cleaned. She also said that if we wanted 5 star conditions, we should have stayed at Intercontinental, and that she had visited our country of origin and found bugs there too. Extremely rude! We'll file a complaint with Consumer Protection and hope the house is shut down to the public.
