The quiet was indescribable once the cable car stopped and everyone else had left. Staying in a hotel at 2004 meters above sea level with only 3 rooms felt really unique. Our room was clean and looked new, the staff were very helpful, and dinner was great. The only downside was that clouds blocked the view in the morning, but there’s nothing anyone can do about that :)

It’s an unreal place to spend a night or two. Once the cable car closes, it feels like you have the mountain summit all to yourself. The champagne in the room was such a nice touch and made the stay even more memorable. I’ll stay here again in future :) Just one downside: you can’t know what the weather will be like here.

We didn’t expect much from a restaurant at the top of a mountain, and thought it might be overpriced, but this was a really pleasant surprise. Everything was great, including the fabulous view from our window table. The Goulash Soup and beer made a perfect quick lunch. We arrived a little early, and it got busy very quickly, so avoid the busiest time if you don’t want to wait. After lunch, you can go outside to enjoy the views or walk across to the nearby peak. Well worth a visit :)

The restaurant is unique for its altitude, and the prices aren’t inflated because of the location. The food is good, the interior is nice, and the staff are helpful and quick. Reservations come in handy, since it tends to get quite crowded, especially during lunch. It’s worth stopping by when you’re up top.

There are lots of beautiful views, and the surroundings are perfect for skiing. Pedestrians can visit too. The restaurant feels cosy and serves good food. Definitely worth a visit :)
