The staff really stood out. Everyone was kind and helpful, and clearly tried to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free ski pass for hotel guests to Mýto pod Ďumbierom, and had a great time skiing. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with stunning views. The food was excellent, and the wellness area was a highlight, with plenty of saunas and a jacuzzi overlooking the view. Everything was at a very high level. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and would love to return.

We spent a week here with the family and came away calling it ten stars. The employees were all kind and helpful, and management has done an amazing job. The rooms were beautiful, and everything on the menu or buffet was delicious, way beyond what we'd expected. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world, with excellent service and food. We want to thank everyone very much and hope to see you again soon.

The children had loads to do, both indoors and outside. There's an indoor playhouse with animators, a huge outdoor play area beside the summer garden restaurant, and a hotel nightclub with pub games and bowling. Adults and kids alike have plenty of activities, with beautiful nature all around. Family rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The food has lots of choice, and the pool and spa are top notch, including separate spa areas for families and guests aged 15 and over. The hotel is exceptional, better than many five-star places. A wonderful family holiday spot, with my highest recommendation.
