I can't comment on the apartments, but my wife and I had a really good daily-menu lunch here. It cost us almost nothing and was filling, nicely presented, and inexpensive. We had coffee, lemonade, soup, and main dishes. The place feels cosy, and the staff were kind enough to translate the menu for us. We had a great time and I'd highly recommend it.

The fish and chips with mushy peas were really good, and the lunchtime serving was much bigger than I expected.
