The waitress really tried to help us with the cold, and I appreciate her effort, but it didn't solve anything. Our guests had to sit in their coats through the christening, and I felt awful about that. The glass pavilion was freezing when we first viewed it, and the manager promised it would be heated for our event. On the day, two heaters had been switched on that morning, which clearly wasn't enough. We tried moving them near the tables, but the extension cord didn't work, so we had to put them back. They should have been turned on at least a week earlier. The food was another letdown. The broth had chicken bones and skin in it, and although it arrived warm, it had gone cold by the time we served it. There were small children at the christening, too. We had asked for American potatoes, but got mashed potatoes instead. The chicken roll was made from chicken quarters and stuffed with something so hard to cut or eat that everyone was left hungry. At least we had the cakes we'd brought. We'd arranged the food and looked over the space with the manager after a phone call: chicken broth, pork tenderloin, a chicken roll with ham and cheese, and American potatoes. This was a christening in early October, but the restaurant failed to provide even the basics of a warm room and edible food. I wish we'd turned around and left as soon as we arrived. My husband and I paid the full amount, though we shouldn't have, and later the manager refunded €200. That doesn't come close to making up for the day and the memories we have now. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone planning a celebration, wedding, or other event. A nice-looking place isn't enough. They should close it or start running it properly.

The restaurant is gorgeous, with modern rooms, a lovely terrace and a children's corner that kept our kids busy during the party. That huge maple tree is a real highlight, too. We celebrated a family birthday there and had a wonderful evening. The food was perfect, everyone enjoyed it, and the service was caring and very nice. Ms. Laskovska organized the whole event with us and met all our requests. We were short on time, so being able to arrange everything quickly and efficiently mattered a lot. The owner was serious, helpful, and tolerant as well. Ludwig showed us that reviews don't always tell the whole story. Experiences vary, but I think this place deserves more credit. Thank you, we'll recommend it to others looking for somewhere special to celebrate.

The staff were professional, kind, and helpful, and the food was beautifully presented and really tasty. The restaurant has a lovely setting and a great atmosphere. Every dish was high quality and a pleasant surprise. I'd happily recommend it and come back.
