The two women at the front desk were friendly and helped me find somewhere to get a plug adapter. They answered my emails about check-in and parking quickly, and even gave me a small gift at checkout, which was thoughtful. I was in the area to golf at Ascona and Losone, and booked at the last minute. They could accommodate an early check-in, which was a big help. There’s outdoor parking in front and covered spaces underground. My room had a balcony and a good working a/c unit. The hotel is on a busier street, but the soundproof windows were excellent. I’d absolutely recommend it.

A good room and a nice bar. The restaurant was what I expected, but not great. This little hotel did what I needed.

The staff at reception, the pub, and the restaurant were very polite, and all the girls were very pretty for male guests. The restaurant was quick, with good local and international food. The hotel is pretty good, and the rooms are clean and look nice.

Staff were friendly, and breakfast was good enough. The room was large and clean, though it wasn’t very well insulated against noise.

A great place to stay, close to a bus stop, shopping center, and supermarket. The breakfast was amazing, and the bed was really comfortable.
