Apartments Via Jansa

We booked rooms for seven people. Four of us were put in the main building, while the other three were placed at the far opposite end of the property. There are rooms with extra beds in the main building, yet we had to keep walking outside with a small child and climb to the third floor for breakfast or the SPA. In winter, it’s especially unpleasant to take a child straight from the pool and walk outside back to the room. We paid more for our room than other guests and got what I can only call complete nonsense. Why is it more expensive? In my view it should cost less, since it isn’t better in any way, quite the opposite. Other guests will share their views too, so don’t rush to defend yourselves; improve the hotel instead. And we don’t need the light bulb. I added the photo so perhaps someone will clean the dust off the fixture hanging right over people’s heads. We strongly don’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning a holiday with children. The receptionist promised to move us to another room, then deliberately didn’t do it and misled us. We travelled with a small child and paid extra, but still had to go outside to reach the SPA and breakfast areas. That’s unacceptable for families. The room wasn’t properly prepared either: there was no bed linen or towel for our child. For a hotel charging higher prices and calling itself family-friendly, this care and service are unacceptable. The whole experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and far below reasonable expectations. In response to the owner: Thanks for replying, but it hasn’t helped at all :) Your response shows how the hotel treats guests: you pay for what you get, nothing will be sorted out, and nobody cares how guests feel here :)
