I asked the hotel to deliver a dessert to my girlfriend there for Valentine’s Day, and the staff went out of their way to make it special. They went to a shop for flowers, chocolates, a note and a sweet Valentine’s balloon, then wrote the note in a language other than Slovakian, as I’d requested. They handled everything amazingly. This hotel really cares about its people and customers, and I recommend it!

I don’t know anything about the villa, but I saw their sticker on a BMW X7. The driving was horrible and dangerous: going 200kmph on roads with a 130kmph limit, brake-checking people and nearly crashing several times. Learn to drive, noob.

I booked one night and everything was confirmed, including my arrival time. With just five minutes left, they called to say they don’t provide one-night accommodation and told me to cancel it.

They wanted 300€ just to let us use the sauna. We also had no hot water in the morning.
