After a day skiing on Chopok, I liked playing pool here. It's a cozy place to stay, and the people are lovely.

There’s plenty of room in these clean, pleasant apartments, and the owners are very friendly. A good choice if you value peace and space, I'd recommend it.

The deposit was eventually returned, but only after an unpleasant exchange of messages, and there was no apology. I felt the accommodation was presented differently from reality, and somehow I was made to feel at fault despite meeting the booking conditions. I’ve never had such an unpleasant, unprofessional experience, and I absolutely do not recommend it. We had booked for four people, exactly as the listing allowed. Afterward, the owner called us an “unsuitable group” because we were two couples, even though the property was listed for four and had three beds plus an extra bed. That restriction hadn’t been clearly explained beforehand. Communication was chaotic, reluctant, and at times offensive. Rather than sort it out, we were repeatedly told to cancel. The owner also said the property would be locked and we wouldn’t be able to get the keys.
