The receptionist was kind, helpful, and spoke English well, but reception closed after 4 p.m., which felt odd for a hotel of this size. The hotel was clean and right by the ski trail, yet I found it seriously overpriced. Our room beds weren't very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast cost 12.5 euros despite having little choice, so it didn't feel worth the price. We also couldn't use the jacuzzi, which cost 30 euros for an hour. We'd booked ahead and had been promised it, but the water hadn't been heated.

It’s very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The ski-in, ski-out access is the real thing here, unlike at many other hotels in the resort. Best hotel in Jasna.

The room was fine and had everything we needed. The boot heaters, though, didn't work at all, so we had to take our boots into the apartment to warm them up a little. When we complained, the receptionist said she'd called the company, who told her the heaters run on a schedule and nothing could be done. It's a shame to have a ski room and boot heaters and not be able to use them properly.

We’ll be back soon. The best part was a jacuzzi bath under the stars, an experience we won't forget :) Tri Sestry apartment was clean, elegant, right below the slope, and fully equipped, with private parking. The reception lady was the nicest.

The host was especially helpful and friendly. The place itself is new, clean, and comfortable, with a large room, balcony, nice view, and convenient ground-floor parking. They even had free coffee!
