The house had plenty of room for our group of 19, and the communal areas were spacious enough for a birthday party. It was large, comfortable, modern, and well equipped. The children enjoyed the playrooms, while the adults used the jacuzzi and sauna. We had a great weekend. The setting is beautiful, the area is quiet, and the panorama is lovely. The property is fenced and has secure parking. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. There's a railway stop near the house, on the line to Vysoke Tatry and Poprad.

Everything was super clean and nothing was missing. The host was lovely and explained everything. We were happy with it all, and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with everything top level. It's in a lovely spot near the forest, in very quiet surroundings. I definitely recommend it.

The owner and the manager took care of everything we asked for, even arranging for our groceries to be brought to the cottage before we arrived. The catering was a real highlight too. We chose the place for a family birthday, and there was plenty of room for all 15 of us to sit together around the big living room table. The kitchen had everything we needed, especially the coffee maker. Our four-year-old loved the kids’ vehicles, including the bumpers and excavator, while the teenagers and adults had fun with ping pong and a family tournament, then relaxed in the hot tub. We all loved our stay, though the weather didn’t cooperate, so we’ll have to come back. I travel fairly often and don’t come across accommodation this good very often. I’ll recommend it to my friends. Thank you!
