The place was cozy, clean and well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The tiled stove and wood made it feel especially warm. The staff were helpful too.

The warm, personal service from Michal and especially his daughter, Katarina, made this our favorite stop of a ten-place trip. They picked us up, arranged a transfer to Poland after our stay for a charge, suggested a great itinerary, got us train tickets, found last-minute tickets up to Smokovy Stit, the second-highest peak, and lent us crampons. I’d been hoping for a romantic, cozy break in the Slovakian mountains, and panoraMic was just right. Our little apartment was adorable and comfortable, with a fireplace and kitchen. They can stock it with breakfast food if you ask. The spa was spotless, with two saunas and an outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for a winter getaway.

We’ve already stayed here twice and will definitely be back. The two-floor apartments are beautiful, cozy and very comfortable, with amazing views of High Tatras mountains. The fireplace gives the place a romantic, home-like feel. Great for families or couples wanting to be close to nature.

The owner was helpful and would get things for us when we asked, but at this price level I expected those basics to be provided without having to request them. Please supply bin bags, shampoo and conditioner, and for stays longer than three nights, clean the apartment and replace the towels. The property is rated five stars, though I think it should be four. The website is misleading about the jacuzzi and sauna, which cost €30 per day. There were also extra charges of €60 per person and €30 per child, even though it was a two-bedroom apartment priced for only two people. The total didn’t match the invoice. The owner came to ask for payment the night before because he had plans the next day. That didn’t feel very professional.
