I was a regular here and always booked the same studio, but on our last visit only a larger apartment was available. Until then, everything had been fine and friendly. This time, their faulty equipment malfunctioned and caused 500 euros’ worth of damage. The owners, a husband and wife, refused to take responsibility for it, even though they owned and had installed the equipment. They also threatened to make us leave immediately after we’d driven for six hours. Their aggressive response and refusal to accept any responsibility shocked me. You see someone’s true colors when there’s a problem, and the owners completely failed in this situation. I don’t recommend this place.

The host was kind and helpful with everything, and the apartment is in a great spot. It’s just a minute from Pekna Vyhliadka stop and nine minutes from the main train stop, Stary Smokovec. There’s a supermarket nearby and a great Italian restaurant called Manuel right next door. The apartment itself was cozy, spacious, and clean. A great find, 10/10.

The studio has a lovely style, and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. I can only say good things about the whole stay. I’ll definitely return if I get the chance. Highly recommend!

The people managing the accommodation were very flexible. I had extra requests about my stay and departure, and they handled them without any problems. The place was very clean and had a beautiful interior. Thanks for a pleasant stay, I’d definitely like to return.
