The kids are the ones who keep asking to come back, mostly for the animation program and their pool. We’ve stayed here in both summer and winter, and the adults enjoy it too, especially the wellness area and the lovely swimming pool. It’s not right by the slopes, but the transport is organized really well.

The rooms have plenty of space, and we liked the food and the well-organized activities. The staff, though, were not friendly at all, at least not toward people who aren’t Slovak.

Definitely not a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The staff were really unpleasant and the place wasn’t clean. They never changed the sheets, even when we asked. There are children’s activities, but they’re only for Slovak speakers.

We’d definitely come back. Everything was very clean, the food was always fresh and tasty, and there were lots of activities for the whole family, especially the kids. The staff were very friendly too.

The bus to the ski resort ran often, which made getting around easy, and the ski room had lockers and drying facilities for our gear. We spent three nights here as a family of four while skiing in Jasná. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and gave everyone room to spread out. Breakfast had a great range of tasty options, and we really liked the wellness area. The pool, though, felt too cold for swimming. Housekeeping was patchy: they didn’t clear or wash the glasses and mugs, only made the bed in the main bedroom on the second day, and didn’t attend to the other bedroom or replace the towels. When I asked reception for fresh towels, they sent the housekeeper straight away, but she didn’t seem happy about it, which took away from the service. Even with those issues, we had a nice stay and would consider coming back on another trip.
