The breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of choice and everything freshly cooked or prepared. We enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to return and use the hotel as the start of a round trip. All 12 of us slept extremely well in our different rooms, which had excellent in-room provisions like a fridge, chips, coffee, tea, and mineral tap water. Reception was kind, helpful, and very professional, and check-in and check-out were easy. The cars were kept in a separate secured area watched by cameras, and telephone access worked very well. There's also an amazing bowling club a four-minute walk away. The service felt far above what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, and the rooms and property were excellent.

Inside, the hotel feels new, modern, and fresh, with clean, stylish rooms that are very quiet. The staff were really pleasant, and the quality and service for the price were excellent, even better than the standard I've seen at Novotel. The exterior renovation still isn't finished, though, so it looks a little dated from outside.

The customer service really stands out, and everyone here is polite and maintains high standards. The rooms are beautiful, and the bar and restaurant feel cosy and inviting. It's a wonderful hotel, and I'd recommend a stay here to any couple. Thumbs up.

Breakfast had a generous spread with lots of options. The rooms are pleasant, recently renovated, and well equipped. I fully recommend this hotel.
